Two weeks ago, I decided to make some changes in my apartment to make me feel better when I'm in it:

-I dumped a big and honed knife that I had at the kitchen (bad memories)
-I put a strong screen protection on the balcony (strong fear of height)
-I'm only buying fresh food with real nutritional value. No chance to: soft drinks,sweets,high calories food,etc.(I don't wanna gain weight and be fat again :-? )
