If you have lost a lot of weight you are almost gauranteed to have those issues with loose skin, and there is no other way to deal with it apart from surgery.
Not you thinking UK mix is full of formerly obese users

Lifting and a calorie deficit. The time you eat does not affect the amount of fat you have. Yes if you eat kate at night you'll weigh more in the not ing but only because it's not passed through your system yet.

Weights are a big party because muscle needs calories and thus more muscle burns more calories. As far as deficit goes...don't go nuts because you'll not be able to keep it up. Allow treats but don't let the guilt of a cheat day take you off track as it's one day. Also water is integral to weight loss. A lot of the time when you think you're hungry you are thirsty.

Plate up smaller portions and eat slower so your brain has time to acknowledge that you are full. Finally it goes without saying... be mindful of what you eat. 400calories of veg is more filling for a longer time than 400 calories of crap.

This is from a person who lost 27kg last year.

Exactly, there isn't a more efficient way of losing weight than just eating less. Never finish a full meal and always be a bit hungry.

My father needed to lose weight real quick because of health issues and using this method he lost all excess weight in like 3-4 weeks and has had a healthy weight ever since.

The trick is: everytime you eat a meal don't eat it till you are full, you have to be still a bit hungry after you finish your meal. That way you never consume all the calories your body needs so your body will start burning off your fat reserves and you lose weight.

People act like it is so complicated but losing weight is all about keeping check of your calorie intake.

My husband had gained a lot of weight as he got a lot of medication (due to cancer) and was too tired to do much.
Now he has lost 16 kg by cutting out carbs and sugar.

That mentality is probably the key to losing weight.

Moderation and discipline with sufficient exercise - I believe you need to consume the minimum amount of healthy food to be healthy and anything in excess of that should be "earned" by physical activity (that might be knowingly doing more walking, it might be by going to the gym 2-3 times per week).

I think eating properly and cheating a lil bit every day is better than having cheat days.

    Re: Tips to Lose Weight

I lost 45kg so far this year and I go to the gym 4 times a week, do an additional hour walk every day at the least and the days I am not hitting the gym, I try to do everything by bike or by walking. And I drastically change my eating habits, I eat less but what I eat, I split over 6 times a day. So 3 big meals (breakfast, lunch, diner) and 3 ‘snacks’ which can be anything from fruit/veggies to a cracker with a boiled egg etc.
I also give myself the oppertunity to once in a while eat my ‘bad’ guilty pleasures like an oreo cookie or even something at a fastfood restaurant. It’s all about moderation and mental discipline. And for me this works perfectly

Everyone wants to be maintained and fit. So workout is the first thing that comes to our mind. Some of the home remedies will help to find the best results in a few days. You can drink boiled water by adding honey to it.

Well, I'm sure sugar loves you too if you ask for advice here. <3

Really, read the ingredients list and avoid shit with huge amount of sugar. Try making your own sweets, use honey instead or even better dates, which are super sweet and easily can be used as sugar replacer in sweets. Ofc, if you are at all into cooking, tho it really doesn't have to be complicated. Try eating more fruits too. Ofc, I'm not a nutritionalist, so what I say may not work for you. But if you have insurance or so, maybe visit a nutritionalist.
