    No lies told. Except I would say not exact to eat less...but realize when you're full and to eat healthier. A lot of us have the mentality to finish what's on your plate to avoid wasting food while we are already full. Sometimes you gotta stop and just see if your just eating to finish your plate (this also goes for boredom) or to see if your really eating because your hungry.

    But I guess this is the same thing as eating less.


    Another thing would be that you have to change your relationship with food. With me when I was at my heaviest, I've always had a emotional relationship with food. Such as, when I was sad...I would go eat. When I was happy, I would celebrate and go "treat" myself". The big one was, when I was bored, I would really go eat.

    You gotta learn how to eat to live, not live to eat.
    Can't not to reply in this old thread because I agree with you so much! It's such a truth about food and all that "relationships" with it! But in my case it was mainly the problem with the junk-food, when I stopped to eat it really often and become more physically active, my problem was solved Drinking fresh water is very effective too
    Also I noticed that it's very important to choose the physical exercises which are really for you, in such way you'll get more fun and it'll be easier to keep the motivation
    In my case I started with the bsic fitness complex, then I decided to prectise yoga every day and also combine it with more active fitness, mostly with using such stuff http://stylemann.com/best-proform-elliptical-reviews/ And I like the results and I'm going to continue!

      • Walking, health diet and drink lots of water (warm water when possible). Feeling hungry may actually be dehydration so try to drink a pint or two of water before you eat.

          • Eat healthy: lots of vegetables, fruit and especially no sugar and junk food... drink water / tea instead of sodas...

            Think healthy: love your body, love yourself, accept yourself completely... don't "punish" yourself when you ate something that's unhealthy or when you binged, remember tomorrow is a new day.. don't judge your body or focus on your flaws, believe that you are perfect as you are now

            Move your body: excersise, take the bike, go for walks, take the stairs, swim, dance

              This is SOOOOOOOOOOOO important.

              If you mess up, just act like it never happened and keep it push in. Every morning, start a fire within you to stay motivated.

                        cheat on them
                        do it the flat you both live together, get stressed about being caught up
                        repeat

                        10kg less, extra kilos if you have a quickie few mins before you know they are gonna arive home

                                Really, read the ingredients list and avoid shit with huge amount of sugar. Try making your own sweets, use honey instead or even better dates, which are super sweet and easily can be used as sugar replacer in sweets. Ofc, if you are at all into cooking, tho it really doesn't have to be complicated. Try eating more fruits too. Ofc, I'm not a nutritionalist, so what I say may not work for you. But if you have insurance or so, maybe visit a nutritionalist.

                                          I lost 45kg so far this year and I go to the gym 4 times a week, do an additional hour walk every day at the least and the days I am not hitting the gym, I try to do everything by bike or by walking. And I drastically change my eating habits, I eat less but what I eat, I split over 6 times a day. So 3 big meals (breakfast, lunch, diner) and 3 ‘snacks’ which can be anything from fruit/veggies to a cracker with a boiled egg etc.
                                          I also give myself the oppertunity to once in a while eat my ‘bad’ guilty pleasures like an oreo cookie or even something at a fastfood restaurant. It’s all about moderation and mental discipline. And for me this works perfectly

                                              That mentality is probably the key to losing weight.

                                              Moderation and discipline with sufficient exercise - I believe you need to consume the minimum amount of healthy food to be healthy and anything in excess of that should be "earned" by physical activity (that might be knowingly doing more walking, it might be by going to the gym 2-3 times per week).
