        If there wasn't that chocolate icing, I would be hungry too. Now I want just to eat that un-iced part

        Yeah, I know it doesn't have to be expensive and I know many simple receipts that are delicious, dunno why I said that. Though, for many receipts I would need amount of money that I don't want to risk and to stay hungry after that

        BUT also, almost always there's someone in my house and I think I couldn't work while someone is watching tv few meters away from kitchen (kitchen is visible from living room).

            So today I decided to make some more banana bread (made a loaf last week), since I have a whole heap of frozen, overripe bananas in the freezer & want to get rid of them. Also decided I'd share the fruits of my labour with you. Its not a taxing recipe - mix wet ingredients together, then put the dry ones in, mix it all together, bang it in a loaf pan, put it in the oven for a while & voila, out comes delicious banana bread that tastes even better toasted!

                                    I've really started cooking alot these days and I really love it. Been trying out a new recipe every day, which is strange for me cause I've always been picky about my food. Anyways, I can see myself cooking professionally for some reason, so I applied for a cooking pre qualificiation class and now I'm hoping I get it. This is actually the first time I found something I'm doing with passion.

                                      Reading chicken flavor already makes me :evil: ... Either real chicken or none .

                                      That's almost as bad as vanilla taste... In Germany, you really gotta read the fine print to check whether real vanilla is included or just fake one .

                                            Wish me luck for tomorrow....I'm attempting to make shortcrust pastry from scratch. Got the filling done today (chunky beef & mushroom, tastes deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelicious sorry to the vegetarians/vegans for that), shall be assembling, baking & eating a pie for dinner tomorrow night.

                                                  Those cookies sure look tasty!

                                                  Me and my boyfriend are currently in "pie mode", we'd put pretty much anything we find in a pie pan! Last night we made the most delicious endive and ham pie. Later on we'll be running the risk of making homemade pizzas!
