I think it is more the “alien” nature for me too, cos I was at Alton Towers last week and felt fine about being around a lot of people but that was outdoor on the whole.

At least they're giving people enough time to make their mind up if they want to have the two vaccines before it's a requirement, they can make their choice. There's kind of a double sworded question of ethics here. On one hand, should they be bribing people into having a vaccine in order to have their freedoms (freedom we're still not fully seeing yet despite 90% of people having at least one vaccine).. on the other hand, should people who refuse to have the vaccine be free to go to places like nightclubs while the virus is still so problematic?

People need to decide what's worse for themselves: getting vaccinated or get excluded from public life basically. If it was strictly up to me, I would leave getting vaccinated a private decision without any consequences for the ones who don't want to (not all of them are crazy freaks, some have health concerns that should be taken seriously). If I really had to choose however, I'd choose getting vaccinated because I hate the feeling of being isolated.
I recently read a comment under a YT video that focused on how long masks should keep getting worn, and the user wrote that he decided to never wear a mask and as consequence only shops online and even threatened to quit his job before the boss gave him an own office. This has heavily disturbed me because I can't believe how anyone could limit himself in such a heavy way only to make a point (that the government that decides about the Corona measurements won't even notice).
