You really don't know anyone who died or ended up in hospital?

Two classes were sent home today as several children were tested positive.

Also, three schools in our region are closed due to too many people (children and teachers) having tested positive.

A friend of mine is finally out of coma after four(!) weeks. She hopes to be well enough to return home for Christmas. More than ever I don't understand why people don't want to get a vaccin.

It seems you get a kick out of fear-mongering.

Just because it doesn't affect you personally doesn't mean it's not extreme.

We all wish this was a hoax. Alas, the reality is grim

Seems like an impossible task tbh. A lot depends on business checking for certs and refusing entry to unvaxed..

This is the beginning of the end of democracy as we know it.

“A lockdown for the unvaccinated means one cannot leave one’s home unless one is going to work, shopping (for essentials), stretching one’s legs – exactly what we all had to suffer through in 2020,” Schallenberg said earlier, according to Reuters.

Austria are set to "lockdown the unvaccinated " in a manner of days, effectively banning them from everything, as cases surge.
