A friend of mine is finally out of coma after four(!) weeks.

Two classes were sent home today as several children were tested positive.

Also, three schools in our region are closed due to too many people (children and teachers) having tested positive.

Oh wow Austria has announced a nationwide lockdown for the unvaccinated. That is a pretty huge move. Wonder will other countries follow suit.

I understand the extra measures for unvaccinated people, but stripping them from their political rights is a step too far and unconstitutional.

Edit: your post is a bit misleading. The rule is specifically and only applied on lawmakers, and thus members of the parliament. Still seems very unconstitutional, even though it is only temporary.

This is the beginning of the end of democracy as we know it.

The politicians in the German Parliament discussed the situation today and came to conclusion that they want to wait until December (2nd week) when the new government in sworn in. Until then... our healt care service will have collapsed.
