What a mixed bag. Thank god Labour, the Lib Dems and the Conservatives still have a presence in Scotland, if there had been a clean sweep of all 59 seats for the SNP it wouldve been a disaster.. Hope farage wins his seat

Woke up to a sea of blue. Wow.
Murdoch must be so smug this morning.
ScotlandLabour have SUCH a long way to go now to repair the damage done, it'll be interesting to see how and if this can happen.
Well, no one expected this. Let's see where the axe falls, I hope Britain made the right choice...!

So proud of @DarrenHall2015 for an incredible campaign in #BristolWest - solid second place with 26.8% of the vote, and a massive 23% swing
--------------------------
^He lost to a Labour guy called Thangam Debonnaire. Ahem
I'm shattered! Waiting for Caroline Lucas. Would be 1 seat from a million votes - ludicrous lack of representation. EDIT: she got it.
UKIP have one seat with 3 mill (Carswell) - Farage pending.

Labour seems to have the same problems as our social democrats, people are too scared to vote for anything other than conservatives cause that's what got them through the crisis, they lack a leader who's as charismatic as Cameron (though I really like Miliband) and they're getting eaten up by smaller parties. Oh well, let the economy recover for another 4 years and people might be more willing to take 'risks' again.

The result is absolutely disastrous. RIP to the NHS. Nobody deserves to die from an illness that they can't treat because they weren't born into a family of wealth. I absolutely cannot fathom why anyone would vote for the Conversative party and I'm scared for Britain's future. Revolting.

Bigger fix than the music charts! Well not really, but seriously how do we go from no overall majority to a Conservative win?
Three quarters of the Country didn't want a Torry Government and we get one!
What did the Torries do to win - sweet FA.
Who won it for them? The UK Independence Party that's who!
Every seat the Torries gained or where rich farmers don't live IE: very safe seats - the vote against them outweighed their majority.
As simple as this 15K Torry, 12K Lab, 6K UKIP and the rest...
What does it say about England this election. A significant amount of racism - wanting to stop immigrants - in the population.
Is that something to be proud about?
The election was a sham.
Sad to say I doubt I will vote again in any election
What have we the poor got to look forward to now?
Scottish Independence where we can uproot to the part of the UK where the Torries don't rule the roost? The Torries might even send us all there!Education for anyone aged 12 to 16 has made a mess of the world!

The Labour spin doctors are very annoying.
"...it hasn't been a great night for anybody, David Cameron doesn't come out of this shining..." - what kind of delusion is this prat on the BBC showing? It's been a storming night for the Conservatives, outperforming every poll and estimate and gaining a majority that nobody predicted.
Conservatives up to 323 seats, with 12 seats left to declare.
