When I Saw You is so beautiful.
Bliss is far from being amazing, but her tone in those verses are everything. And I love me a sexy Mariah jam.
Did I Do That is so underrated, I love the lyrics!
To The Floor is a cute fun bop.
Standing O is one of my favorites from Memoirs.

Dedicated is one of Mariah's best ever, and Money is a fun bop.


When I Saw You is an emotionless wailing noise that feels like it lasts forever. It's not even the music that Mariah likes, she was just filling Daydream out with schmaltzy ballads to get the Music Box/Bodyguard/Celine crowd and to keep Tommy happy.


Bliss is cute but just an album track than anything amazing.

I don’t think so. I feel like she might be going through a phase that she’s not really creative. Even the projects that she was mentioning during Covid were all about re-recordings & covers. I might be wrong but I also think that is the reason we’ve been starving musically.

Based on all the rumors and all the speculations really do point to her not having much new material.

She could also just be enjoying her time and her creativity is not focused as before. Hopefully she figures it out and get back to the studio.

yea it feels she got a creative block. she seems to love writing and recording but she hasn't done either and we know she hates to record someone else's music she hasn't wrote herself. she could do like rihanna and take a bunch of music that is ready and just change a word or two as she like and get a songwriter credit and just release it. I wouldn't mind if she releases some standone singles or short EP if she's not feeling confident to release a full brand new album. but the lack of new music is too much torture
