I don’t think so. When she was describing a song (which obviously was FILAC) on spaces last year, she said she wanted a male vocalist and was thinking Post Malone. So I think the Khalid addition came later.

I know there’s so much hate for OMT, but I love the vocals. Listen to the studio accapela vocals. Yes there’s reverb and all the effects but that’s what artists do in the studio. She still sounds amazing. Her runs are awesome! She seems to be placing her voice in an upper nasal register and maybe that turns off some lambs. But I love it!
Listening to this, I hear her speaking something in the bridge. It’s the ten second from 4:38 to 4:48. Can anyone figure out what she’s whispering in the background? Anyone know?
