If her argument is that the Queen of Christmas title should be shared, why should she care whether someone else goes on TV (regardless of whether they told the production team to call her that or not) to pronounce them as such.

The fact of the matter is she feels that Mariah calling herself the QoC takes away from people knowing or recognising her as one. It's all too plain to see now.

I can't help but think what's going on. There must be some playlisting or preferential placement of the song in random song selections. Though it's also not just RATC, the other oldie songs like JBR have also caught up. This means there's definately some super big playlists where AIWFCIY does not feature.

Globally AIWFCIY is still miles ahead.

Its the Christmas Classics playlist and its the most popular playlist with Brenda being #1 on the playlist. Mariah is not on the playlist.

Good observation. Whatever is mainly used in the states may be the best answer. The position in playlisting but RATCT seems to have more support by spotify although it doesnt come close to All i want worldwide so a clearer breakdown of spotify usage would be great. Also like vughni stated the algorithm set are in RATCT favor ?.
