Last week Mariah was tracking about 430-560k daily behind Brenda through the weekend on US Spotify.

That gap is now around 560-620k. Which means the gap on Spotify has grown by about 10% on a daily basis and will continue to grow even more closer to Christmas.

Last year, the gap at this time between Mariah and Brenda was around 220k.

You can see why we should be worried about Brenda. I can't imagine what's going to happen next year. Her streams are so strong and still growing massively.

I have to agree. She feels truly free on stage and happy. I want to see this type of performer always and everytime. Whatever happened to her overall confidence post NYE incident is beyond me. How that single event was able to undo all the work prior from 1990 - 2017 is totally cruel.

Mariah is fighting her way back. That her voice has become so unreliable made it so much harder bc the media and GP is only watching for the flaws never for the praise. I hate that about our current culture.

I am a teacher and I don't want my kids to fail a test. When I realize that someone just didn't understand a question or task while i am correcting the test, I will give the test back to the child and explain it again and in 99% of all cases they can solve the task and get a mark that truly reflects their abilities.

I am the anomaly. But it gave me the opportunity to build trust with my students and ultimately a great working relationship. In the fake world of entertainment nobody cares for the real, they all want to see whatever they've already made up their minds about. They want to confirm their pre-conceived perception and won't recognize anything that would go further than that.
