That's correct. But by the looks of it, IAW is also going to hit 400k soon. (and I secretly also want WBT to hit 300k - it's about damn time, the song has been milking those 200k updates since 1801).

Also, Obsessed and IKWYW are doing so well... and would anyone have guessed that BER would still occasionally cross 130k daily?... The longevity and success of that lil remix is astonishing. Its become a staple for her. It'll surpass 100 million by mid year.

Should we get a new album at any point in this year, her entire catalogue will also benefit from that. Things look bright and good.

I think all of us have given Memoirs another chance to wow us. I still think that it is just an OK album among her otherwise GREAT albums, but I am so happy that people are re-discovering it. The good songs on Memoirs are actually great.

Technically it is...

planning 1 month --> March
Release strategy 1 month --> April
Promotional releases 1 month --> May

and by June her xmas catalogue is rising. Mariah can only release new music directly post Xmas, because she only got 6 months of a year for regular music. Since we have heard nothing so far... the earliest we can expect a new album would be July or August and by then we are knee deep into Xmas territory.

Off topic, but I’m so glad Mariah got the opportunity to sing with Luther Vandross! I don’t think there’s a current male artist that can compare these days! His control and technique is superb! Probably one of the best male performances ever was when he did a tribute to Dionne Warrick!

Endless Love (Mariah x Luther version) is so much better than the original because their vocals are so much better than the original artists. (imo).

not only should it have been a #1, it also should have won the collaboration with vocals grammy.
