Btw my Black Irish bottle lit got stuck, because of the sugar. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t open it since last Christmas.

Happened to me as well. I kept the top part of it in boiling water and it opened after that

Fought for the liquor trademark but shrugged the battle off on the QOC title. Haha!

She lost the battle to win the war on that one. Or rather, completely forfeited (she didn't respond to the objection) and allowed that nobody to crow about "stopping" her. The media was set to drag her if she won, and she likely would have.

I hope that lady hears about this, and realizes that if she had kept her mouth shut, she might have gotten a nice little check that her Christmas albums have never been album to give her.

When I heard of the Black Irish issues in Europe I thought, how did they not research this before releasing it! But now it’s clear they had a strategy… which was probably to keep the court case going until the other (smaller) company gave up and agreed to sell.

Regarding if Black Irish sells or not, I can just say that my neighborhood liquor store special ordered it for me, and to do this they have to buy a whole case. But that was a year ago and they keep it in stock always, and added all 3 flavors. They say it sells extremely well, and even thanked me for bringing it up to them.

But did they thank you for the suggestion by giving you a complimentary bottle?
