When I made the comment I had just seen another post of yours on another forum calling JTHYOA and AIEW ‘atrocious’ so I was still chuckling from that! I’m ride or die for the 1990-1996 caged songbird period. The vocals are just so damn good that I can overlook certain lyrical shortcomings haha.

I wholeheartedly agree about AYNAF though. That’s definitely a song you can *feel* and Mariah sang her a$$ off. It gets lost in the shuffle of hits so I’d love for it to have a resurgence.
