She needs to do ‘A colors show’ or ‘Tiny desk’ I know it’s a waste of time at this point but the fact there are 50x as many videos of her killing it vocally than of her ‘lip syncing’ or messing up yet she is so discredited as a vocalist is insane.

But if they retouched things how could it be live live? I mean it was done in advance right? I know Ariana can easily do that fully live it just looked like the sort of performance to me which could have been done in advance but again I really can't say for sure either way ;)

I mean, she did it 100% live and then MAYBE they corrected/adjusted some things, like volume, reverb, etc.

But it sounds quite raw, I'd say it was totally live.

Of course it was filmed in advance, she performed more songs that same day that are yet to be released on VEVO.

I have also noticed that in the last couple years, her Hits collections tend to be stable on iTunes within the 400 - 500 range, and higher when there is a new headline about her. It sneaked into the top 200 a couple times this year, for example.

Not to mention some of her catalog songs tend to come in and out of the lower ends of the chart, with Fantasy being the most stable seller it seems.

It is definitely much improved when compared to what we would have seen years prior.

That is very true. However, sales are consistently shrinking because 90% of music fans today have abandoned purchasing music in favor of streaming... which means that a small number of people (older people) can get older material higher up the sales charts.

It wouldn't surprise me if a title outside the Itunes 200 (albums) sells 10 copies per 200 hours...

It's doing really well. I hope this is a lesson for her team that her core formats need to be AC going forward. ( UAC,AC,HAC) Rhythmic and Top 40 won't touch her

I feel this has a chance on the AC and HAC formats as it is pop-leaning R&B and has that classic Mariah sound. Jam & Lewis need to send it there ASAP!
