So Pentatonix is releasing their new Christmas album 'Evergreen' with 14 new tracks on October 29th. As I've said before, they have already covered basically every big Christmas song there is, it's strange they still haven't touched AIWFCIY. I wonder if they've always wanted to do it together with Mariah only and never got her approval before? The production of the song is so rich with all the harmonies, there is no way they've never wanted to do an acapella version of it.

They’re so big in Xmas, it would be nice if they had a moment for Mariah’s Xmas special. I think it could sound really lovely Mariah harmonizing with them

to be fair luis miguel didn't have any consent the way mariah portrayed him as drunk and basically called him an racist on the memoir. so each one will have their side of the same story. but I've never heard or seen Luis Miguel saying anything negative about her, and people close to him always said Mariah was the love of his life

Damn Memiors is 12… I started lurking here when Obsessed dropped and eventually joined during the era. Not my favorite album or era from her at all but it does have a few gems. Betcha Gon’ Know and Candy Bling are top tier

I dont think it needs to be Christmas based at all.

If you listen to her comments on idol, they were all technical and involved a great deal of producing notes. Mariah at times reminded me of a professor who is so specialist in their craft that they sometimes find it difficult to break down what they are trying to teach. She butt heads with more than Nicki, but with Jimmy Iovine because she thought he was giving the wrong notes to the contestants. She is much better suited and more comfortable with this sort of thing.

Nonetheless, we have also seen her do tv shows since Idol, like the guest judge on The Voice and she did an amazing job.

I think she is better suited and would be an amazing coach on The Voice. She would only need to consider taking a massive pay cut.

Yeah true. In terms of brand syncing it may work well but maybe for brand expansion in terms of "mariah the producer" or "mariah the writer" it could work being non-xmas based too

Plus it not being Christmas based gives us more time to see her out and about
