The gap in points was +30 btw.
Her airplay made a big difference plus her lead in sales this week has been higher than last week.

One predictor already say AIW is staying at #1 next week, which is obvious IMO if you take a look at all the numbers.

Yeah I never had a single doubt that she was getting two weeks. Adele did well to hold her off for that other week. She should have dropped a remix or sth but Adele is a real artist who doesn't need that sort of thing.

I love Ari, I love Santa Tell Me, but it's doing this good now 'cause Ari is a streaming queen - and even then her US streams are not super strong and radio barely plays her song. She's more on the Global side tho.

The song could become a classic in a few years tho.
I mean, look at AIW.
It gained popularity in 2005 and became a #1 14 years later.

Katys song was an Amazon exclusive the first year it was released. She sung it once, a year later and has ignored it since. Not like she tried push it or anything. And it's still Silver in the UK.

Much better performance on Monday compared to last week as we get closer to Christmas. Will probably be closer to 20% higher than last week when all is said and done this week. It's still #1 globally despite the drop.

I do wonder, Trey, Mary-Anne.....they haven't appeared on anything in the past year ever since last Christmas' special.

I'm assuming she still has them on her books and paying them a portion of their regular salaries. I wonder if she pays them per event or engagement or basically funds them like a regular salary person. I'm assuming it's a bit of both, a base Salary to be exclusive to her when there's live performances or stuff and then for every event showing she'll pay them a lump sum.

I do wonder whether she's using them in her Butterfly Lounge for the background vocals. Obviously she's using Daniel Moore but not sure abother her backup singers, they've been awfully quite since last year's lockdown videos.
