To be honest i listen to FILAC as well. It's a good album track, though my biggest gripe is that it is not really single worthy and I want that from her.

Yes, probably Top 3.
Adele will return to #1, but that will be the 2nd week of 2022, so Mariah will still have the first week of the year - extending her record.

Beating the most streams in a day record will be harder this year because streaming numbers seem to be a bit lower in general, but who knows really. If someone can do it, it's Mariah.

On Global Spotify, last Saturday she did around the same than the Saturday corresponding to 2020 at that time.
Weekends, especially Saturday, are still super strong for the song WW, so she could do the same as last year on the 24th (+17M), but unlikely to reach more than 18M IMO. But everything could happen - for best or worst, LOL.

actually no, everyone could record it but they have to credit to her as songwriters. They only have to ask for permission if they perform it or anything related to commercial use. Mariah said that herself I think in the Genius interview.

This is a matter of opinion. I can’t listen to most other renditions and this one got to about 50 seconds before I had to melt my phone in the log burner. So it’s the winner of the worst.
