Last year when AIW remained in the top 10 after being #1, was it with points from just the 25th?
This year the tracking week begins on the 24th so could we expect it to remain on the top 5, or even top 3 after having one more week at number 1?

It was pretty much streaming and sales from the 25th and 26th primarily. Its streaming numbers for the 25th alone are so huge they were enough to propel it and keep it at #1 on the streaming chart.

With sales, streaming, and airplay strong and peaking over the 24th, 25th, and 26th - I expect Mariah to easily land in the top 10 or even top 5.
She should remain at #1 on the streaming chart for that week, unless another monster hit is released, and will have good sales, and airplay too.

I like Brandy and am thinking their sound will be nice, as compared to Mariah, Brandy has a "masculine" edge to her tone and singing style (no shade intended - I thought the same way about Whitney during their live performances of WYB). Mariah sounds best when her feminine girly voice is contrasted against a masculine/hefty instrumental or vocal background (e.g. Beautiful was very masculine/grunty instrumental and Miguel's vocal, Dedicated had the masculine/hard instrumental and backing male vocalist, YKWYW had a very hard masculine sound, and Whitney basically grunted and roared (beautifully) through the Oscar performance of WYB, letting Mariah's pretty intricate vocals shine. Maybe Brandy's tone/voice/style will have the same effect on their duet.

Nice to see her appearing in a top end magazine spread.

They played it a bit too safe with the fashion (more glittery gowns), hair and makeup though. I like the fact that she covered up them boobies letting the outfits and jewelry shine.

My favourite one is the following outfit. It's always nice seeing Mariah in something other than body hugging glittery gowns and this one shows that she can be equally beautiful in more drappy clothes that have a different structure. It's like a very long length shirt or could also be something with a Japanese or oriental vibe.

What I don't like is the gloves, just unnecessary and draws too much attention when the dress is already enough.

Also the way they've done her hair and makeup is again very safe. This outfit could work with a very slick hair (like in the With You boudoir scenes) and giving a bit more attitude with the face and pose rather than a simple smile.

Contrary to what everyone seems to think, I think the shoot is more than acceptable. Id kindly remind you that not so long ago we had this kind of shoots.





Little does it have to do with her showing sking or acting young-ly (eventhough its refreshing not to see her boobs out for once), whatever her artistic direction may be she needs to keep it glamorous and thats how she looks in those pictures.
