Conservatorships are usually for people in a coma or who suffer from dementia. Even if she is affected by a mental health illness (which has never been confirmed) that doesn’t mean that she has to live under a permanent conservatorship. If she were so mentally unstable then she wouldn’t have been able to embark on 3 world tours, complete a Vegas residency and release multiple albums after 2007.

I agree, there are a lot of things we fans don't know. Tabloids and everything reported online are not the actual representation of what's actually happening with her. We will never know anything accurate, that's for sure.

My god I hate this topic. I agree that we really don’t know everything but so much of this just doesn’t seem right.

How can they put her on the same scale as an 80 year old person suffering from dementia and act like she’s not stable enough to buy her watermelon bubblegum on her own but at the same time she has been working nonstop since the conservatorship started....and she sees not even half of that money she earned while people like her father buy new cars from that money.

And I could never stand her father. Even before all of this happened.

1. If you really love your daughter so much why do you have to get paid to be her conservator?

2. How is it normal to make an aggressive former alcoholic the conservator of...anyone? I wouldn’t even let him take care of my hamster for a day.

I don't like him. But of course he should be paid. He's her father yes. But it means he can't work a real job because he is her conservator. It's a full time job so of course he should be paid for that
