The last i heard, they haven't even booked the venues so i doubt it's a 2019 tour. Tour dates usually leak a few months before the official announcement and we still haven't heard any rumors so far.

Yes, I loved how she looked during MDNA, much better than during Hard Candy for example. Her tour outfits were great except the cheerleader one. She looked stunning.
