That being said I honestly must admit Miles Away is btw a hell of good track.
Happy 15th anniversary, Hard Candy! Cannot believe it's been 15 years.

This album is one of my favorites and so was the SST!

Actually I said I believed Madonna would appear at The Grammy awards and the new album would follow a Rebel Heart rollout. Madonna did appear at The Grammys and rumours began swirling that a new album was close to being released.

I then said Madonna could follow a Madame X rollout and appear at the Billboard Music Awards in May. Sadly these have been postponed, but Madonna instead confirmed she was working with Max Martin.

You can try and point score on the basis an album has yet to drop, but it’s pointless denying Madonna has been working on new material. The producers have confirmed it. Madonna has confirmed it.

It’s time to just enjoy the calm before the storm - the Queen clearly has big plans for us

I don’t understand the fascination the fanbase has with him to be honest. He hasn’t produced a Madonna album in over thirty years.

Yes, he has written a handful of songs with Madonna since, and he got producer credits on Ray of Light because of the work done prior to Orbit’s involvement, but that’s it.

Before MDNA all the fanbase wanted was Orbit back, but ever since they took against MDNA they’ve been asking for Pat Leonard.

What we really need is new producers with new ideas, but the fanbase seems to be completely against those too.

I don’t agree. I don’t know where this narrative that ‘a new album means an album centric tour’ comes from, but it simply isn’t true. Blond Ambition found room for a couple of songs from Something To Remember and Re-Invention Tour found room for half of American Life without leaving anyone feeling short changed.

More to the point, it simply isn’t Madonna’s style to your without any new music. She has spent forty years talking about how she needs something new to perform in order to keep it interesting for her. So if an album comes before July then there is no harm in performing two songs from it in my opinion.

I just can’t see Madonna recording music in 2021/2022/2023 and waiting until 2024 to release it. I admit that the window for releasing an album before the tour is incredibly narrow now, but it isn’t impossible. It would also explain why Madonna40 hasn’t been announced.

But at least we know she’s working on new music. I’ve been saying it for months now but at least Madonna confirming she’s working with Max has brought you all on board

That said, as a fan that wants everything, I could see M40 happening in 2023, M15 happening after the SA leg but before a summer 2024 leg, and then LAV40 at the end of 2024 after the tour wraps.

Then back to the biopic in 2025, with a 2026 release

The original video that was shown on German TV had President Bush catch the grenade and use it as a lighter. The version used on RIT had Bush and Saddam laughing/hugging, and the third version was this director’s cut.

A list of everything from the re-issue project thus far:

    Who’s That Girl EP
    Finally Enough Love
    Erotica Picture Disc
    Everybody 40
    American Life Mixshow Mix

I know we’re all desperate for the real goods, but I don’t think they been too shoddy with their releases so far, considering the announcement was probably made before a plan was put in place (and was supposed to launch alongside a biopic).

The thing is... M40 is out of the question for a July release now, I believe. Maybe Artoo is right and they intend to release it by the end of the year then... Let's see.
I’m now expecting a July announcement to coincide with the start of the tour, so every reviewer can mention it. Madonna has taken a liking to doing something on or around her birthday, so if it’s announced in July an August release date is possible I guess.

In fairness M40 could easily be announced 1st June and released at the end of July - that’s still an eight week preorder window.
