I liked LFL when it came out and I was blindly defending it the whole time..... Then It didn't have a lasting power on me and aged like cr*p in matter of few months, now I don't listen to it at all, in fact I kinda cringe with it a bit.
"Rebel heart" (song) could've been a great lead single to introduce the era, and "Ghosttown" would've felt better as a follow-up to "Rebel heart" (song).Rock lives forever: Led Zeppelin . Metallica . Pink Floyd . Nirvana . Radiohead . Pearl Jam . Oasis . Iron Maiden . Nine Inch Nails
Approved Popstars: Michael Jackson . Madonna . Britney Spears . Beyoncé . Rihanna

Never get tired of listening to the song on record, while The WTG live performance is the only one I really enjoy.

LIB has always been one of my all time favourites! All of her live performances have been awesome, especially the Girlie Show and the Confessions ones!
I think that it is one of her signature songs! And although it was the 5th single off a huge successful album, it still was a smah all over the world, becoming one of the best selling singles of 87!"Complaining is an advertisement for stupidity"

LFL video is pretensious! That filter used in post production is awful! Her dance moves are bland and at one point a rip off of Papa Don't Preach.
I guess if you have a career as long and varied as Madonna, you're bound to repeat yourself. And since Madonna doesn't like to look back, she doesn't even remember her dance moves from PDP"Complaining is an advertisement for stupidity"

I take offense in choosing Babyface over Dallas Austin and/or Dave Hall for representing "Bedtime Stories". Dallas Austin and Dave Hall did all the good songs, Babyface just did one good song and an overrated snooze-fest.
Personally I would be more interested in her doing another "Madonna". Just her own compositions without any outside help for a change. If not, then of course Patrick Leonard, Dallas Austin or Dave Hall.jio CHARTS NOW: 21/3/2023: https://www.ukmix.org/forum/chart-di...5#post11132355

She doesn't have to run back to any of those producers if she sets HER mind and heart into the album. You're giving her so little credit when you're bringing producers from the past, it's like she depends on them, and yet none of them made any acclaimed or successful music outside of her.
But unfortunately i don't see her doing something great because she is surrounded by yes people, her kids are impacting her opinion of what's cool and what's not too much. She has terrible management and people for press. No one is trying to use her name in her advance. No one is building her up with her achievements.

Let's play a game: match the artist with one of Madonna's former producers. There's no BS-ing here, they've all legitimately worked with these artists on new recordings (ie, no remixing credits). For obvious reasons, I've ignored the likes of Babyface and Timbaland, because they're super-producers who've ended up working with almost everybody, at one point or another.

But feel free, link me albums made fully by artists and some of the producers like Orbit, Mirwais, Price, Leonard, Pettibone that made impact like Madonna's albums did. Couldn't care less for one song or two.
Link me piece of work like LAP or ROL. Link me albums that are just as mentioned to their names like some Madonna's...

Like i said, list me albums fully co-made by Leonard or Orbit that had the same impact or relevancy? Mirwais?
Aren't those 3 producers that Madonna fans always bitch about wanting back?
