I think they will do a surprise single release followed by album announcement and pre-orders. Not sure about tour being announced also. Unless it's a 2020 tour.

The last i heard, they haven't even booked the venues so i doubt it's a 2019 tour. Tour dates usually leak a few months before the official announcement and we still haven't heard any rumors so far.
