The biggest tabloid here, posted a photo of what they claim to be some text messages between Madonna and her agent in London, about the horse issue.
Take it with a grain of salt as this newspaper is trash.

^ok,that one is clearly false.
First,she had no one "convincing" her. She moved there because of David.
Second,yeah,she would connect a denial from the Mayor to her agent and blame it on him.
Third,on the following day she didn't film anything and ,in fact, posted an IG story saying she was "at home" ( with the twins btw).
