I don't even own a 'CD player anymore.
Plus,if I'm being honest,i don't have refined ears, so I can't tell ANY difference from CDs to Spotify ,like none at all.
The songs sound pretty much good and I don't have any complaints on that department.
Oh,last buy not least,I'm almost never at home.
I'm always at work,gym, with my kids, going from one place to another ,travelling,etc.
So, even if I still had a cd player,I wouldn't use it. So ,again,Spotify is with me all the time
I still have most of my cds (and even some vinyls) but only because I didn't bother to give them to someone interested lol.
All that to say that,in all fronts,Spotify is a big win-win fot me.

Spotify could have been invented by me. I dreamt about such a thing to have every song to your demand. My wish came true via Spotify.

What I love about Spotify:
- Friday you can listen to any new song you want.
- It's cheap. I used to buy at least one CD per month (20 euro). Now I just pay 10 euro and can add any album I want to listen to.
- I love making my own playlists.
- Release Radar is the go to playlist (especially made for you) to see which artists you like have new songs released, so you won't miss them.
- You can listen anytime, anywhere.
- You can connect to last.fm and get your songs scrobbled easily.
- You can let the songs overlap a little, so it's like listening to a radio DJ playing the songs.
- I have 18 different playlists. With the largest containing almost 3000 songs, while it doesn't use any space on your phone.

Who said it's about US charts? I'm guessing you're talking about his latest video that got over 100 million views on YT in 3 weeks, a number Madonna wouldn't scoff about.

Ungrateful for what? Portugal is one of Europe's most visited countries with history and culture so rich and influential that even if they had 1000 biggest stars in the world living there and promoting them, it wouldn't change anything. They don't need them. Madonna knows that, so I doubt it's true.

I said even if the volume is off, I cant blast it at work. And if I want to do things that help her stats, why do you care? How is that childish? No different from back in the day when people bought multiple copies of singles, etc. I play the Vogue video every day because I want it to hit 100 million so that she has a video from the past 4 decades with 100 million views. If you don't like it, don't pay attention to my posts.

Thanks, it's a work computer so it's not on mute, just low volume but sometimes I can't hear it....but according to someone it's childish, so whatever. I swear some people take the joy out of coming to these threads sometimes.
