Ciao Bella is Batuka lite. Both songs remind me when I was a kid and a bought copy of the Rain maxi single with a B side of ‘never before released track” .. Up Down Suite. I was expecting something like Supernatural (Cherish/B) and got disappointed. Except Bukkake is even worse.

Funana was definitely a highlight.

this is the first time I’ll be happy that Madonna won’t be revisiting this sound in her next “inspiration” aka era.

Happy Birthday to the last great collection of songs by the Queen of Pop— pure, unadulterated and raw pop! Fortunately we have underrated experiences to listen to when all else fails. She is often not given enough credit for her song writing skills. Sure there have been some cases when she may have added her mark on songs but those marks aren’t anything ordinary but are as extraordinary as her legacy barring a few experimental phases where she indulged in certain types of bliss appreciated by some rather than the usual vast fan base. But that in itself is what art is truly all about? Isn’t that right, Siri?

And this song, the creme de la creme; anyone who says this song doesn’t force you to look back on all the roads life has taken you on in spite and not despite of who you were or have become is not being honest with themselves. This is among her best and has become my favorite. Especially this version by the late, great Avicii.

I LOVE the Frozen remixes too. Brings back so many memories. I became a Madonna fan with this song at the sweet age of 11 LOL.

That said, did anyone notice they used a slightly different font for the “frozen” word on the cover? It’s particularly visible when you look at the “z” and compare it to the original cd cover. Also, anyone knows why Warner isn’t adding the proper year to these releases? Is it intentional to boost streams? Frozen appears as a 2021 release. It also appears under “compilations”, not singles, on Apple Music.
