A lot of people are praising her for her wins but there are also a lot of people who say they have no idea what she won for and don't know that she released music since Formation and Lemonade.
I wonder if she's going to go more commercial and promote or if she's going to get even more obscure with her next projects.
I think the main problem is that she hasen't performed in ages.

With Lemonade, I feel like a lot of people at least knew it was a critically-acclaimed Beyonce album though many of them probably have not heard it or know how the songs sound like due to its (lack of) accessibility. To a lesser extent, "Run The World", "Love On Top" & "Drunk in Love" and maybeeee "Formation" too were quite well known among the GP (depends on where you live I guess), they might not recognize the titles but they probably heard the melodies or know the references/catchphrases. Now, Black is King on the other hand...

It just proves that it's really necessary to actually promote your shht & push these songs/videos individually and mind you, this was just mostly coming from Harry Styles' fans flocking the video because of a relatively unpopular award aired during the pre-show online.

Nah, Blue Ivy and Wizkid both had historic wins with it too plus people checking out what she won for after all the headlines and shoutout from celebrities she got. It definitely helped but it's not the only reason.


Regarding the Grammy Talk I don't care about them anymore tbh, I'm just here for her getting recognition,exposure and love. Give us a perfromance for the next era there and take home a general field. I want her to have AOTY and ROTY in her career everything else I don't care about anymore tbh.
