This alone shows how much BS that account puts out. Black Is King has been in production since they released Bigger in 2019. Coming up with concepts for over a dozen videos, scouting for locations, finding cast and crew and producing the whole thing would have taken months. Between the twins, EIL, Black Is King, Homecoming, and all the Ivy Park drops, there's no way she had time to create another album AND film another visual album for it in 2020.

Unless she went straight from BIK to the next album, which according to her didn't happen. She said that after the things mentioned, she took time off in 2020, and I believe her.

If we get something before summer, it'll be just one single. She could release the album without visuals, but I hope she doesn't because that's the only promo we get from her (and it's not even publicly available).

Well, I have to say, I really dig the idea and it is absolutely possible - if you think about how innovative she's been lately with her releases, and also, consider the fact that she has a deal with Netflix for a few more projects... What else could she release there? I mean, she released a documentary/concert hybrid only last year. It gotta be for something else. Gosh, I got excited!

More than her music, the GP loves her as an entertainer. She is inspiring in her work ethics and in the way she elevates each individual working with her.
The GP loved Homecoming for that reason : not only the performance was spectacular - but already known by the masses - but it showed the hard work behind the scenes, the sacrifices, the inspiration. And that was just from random 2 minute clips of a 8-month rehearsing period. People need that to fully connect.

I do not see how this could be happening anytime soon with capacity restriction and people playing safe.
I highly doubt anyone in their right mind would rush to a stadium for a concert.

I don't see her going on extensive tours anymore too. She might stick to her 50 shows (even if hopefully it really gets WW again) and that's it. Grossing 450m would mean at least 100 shows and I don't see her travelling around that long.

I don't know I get the feeling she doesn't have that hunger and drive anymore Given the fact she last performed in december 2018 I maybe forgot about it and she did too I wish she'd do a virtual perfromance this year first a la coachella but without an audience and sell tickets for a live show in 2022 afterwards or maybe start end of 2021 in australia and asia if she's feeling like it where covid is a non issue. Maybe she could stretch it in multiple legs where she has enough time in between to rest and enjoy life.

Same. It really made no sense to me, if she's not somehow planning to take advatage of her comback performance for a new era/virtual concert soon (aka the next few months). If that's not happening the only reason I see is that she just doesn't want to right now.. hence the lack of drive/hunger comment from me

So I was just binge-watching some of Rosalia's music videos and I would love for Bey to work with her art directors. Her videography in general is very interesting. The video thumbnails alone are really captivating and they just attract & invite you to watch the videos. I think combined with Bey's vision & aesthetic, they really could take it to another level.

Also if I were in Bey's team, I definitely would've picked these instead as the YouTube thumbnails for "Brown Skin Girl" & "Already".






The black & white outfit from "Already" is really nice but I feel like it's too overused in the media to become the video thumbnail.
