  • We barely have that for a regular era honey.

    • I agree with KEY9481, Homecoming was the closest thing we're going to get to a greatest hits and it was far better than any basic release could have been.

      Rest In Peace Lilly!

        • I don't get why someone wants a greatest hits album?
who needs this in the streaming era? You can create a playlist

Homecoming was definitely a very smart way to do something similar to a greatest hits and it kinda had it's own tour.

There's still a market for it, depending on the artist. It's just not as big as it used to be. The Weeknd released his Highlights album back in 2021 after doing the Super Bowl and it's still selling very well today, even though he didn't put any new songs on there.

            • Beyoncé, Adidas Mutually Agree to Part Ways (Exclusive)

In 2018, the singer entered a creative partnership with Adidas, where she re-launched her Ivy Park activewear clothing line.

Beyoncé and Adidas are breaking up.

A source close to the situation tells The Hollywood Reporter that the Grammy-winning entrepreneur and the German lifestyles corporation have mutually agreed to part ways.

In 2018, Beyoncé entered a creative partnership with Adidas, where she re-launched her Ivy Park activewear clothing line and also developed new footwear and apparel for the brand.

But there has apparently been major creative differences between Ivy Park and Adidas, and Beyoncé is excitedly looking to reclaim her brand, chart her own path and maintain creative freedom.

Obviously I don’t have the insider information to know who did what wrong, but all I can say is that once she partnered with Adidas I no longer liked the designs. Most of the stuff seemed either overpriced, impractical or both.
The Topshop joint venture wasn’t perfect, but contrary to Adidas, I bought quite a few items and I still wear them regularly.
Let’s see what she does with it going forward. Could get better, could get worse - but I welcome the fact that there will be a change, at least.

                    • I've purchased the album (box) but I have to be honest. I will likely not even try to go to see her live. Just not up for it.

                        Not up for what exactly?

Not excited to see her at this moment. Honestly, any concert. Just not in the mood for some reason

                                      • In fairness I completely zone out on Jay’s parts. Twenty years later I couldn’t even begin to tell you what he’s banging on about in Crazy in Love
I have a bad feeling about this.

Or Trevor Noah, I loved the interview he did with Solange. In fact I love every interview of his, as he is always respectful, even with people that have completely opposing stances, e.g. Tomi Lahren.

Major creative differences, reclaiming her brand, wanting creative freedom sound mothing more than an excuse for a flop. Same story just like Tidal and House of Dereon. Her fanbase is the working class, they don't have the money to support her other overpriced ventures like Tidal or Ivy Park, etc. She should have learned from Rihanna when the Fenty clothing line failed to take off.
