I want some more Soars, Cruzs, Monday Mornings, Ladytron, and Fighters.

She could really do a good blues-rock-alternative album.
I agree I want something rock-ish... something harder... painful... soulful... raw...
DJ Premier, Linda & Sia are great collaborators for something like that...
    Would be PERFECT.

It's a big shame Bionic flopped and she abandoned it. I think it is her best work since Stripped on the most part anyways.

Christina on recording her new album "We're going back...to Stripped."
"I think now we're back to going a little bit deeper, in the vein where I recorded my Stripped record, which was personal and more introspective."

Surely someone told her not to take such breaks in between albums! I hope she succeeds this time.

She could rcord a little video message like a lot of artists have done over the past couple of weeks or send write a letter, I don't know.. something! She's never been afraid to speak her mind and the 'Beautiful' video is a classic. She needs to stand up and get out there. I miss her.
Oh well - it looks like Christina does read this forum haha:

Christina Aguilera has given her support to a new campaign launched at young lesbian,
gay and bisexual people in Britain by the gay rights charity Stonewall which builds on the
US campaign “It Gets Better” started by Dan Savage.

Named the “It gets better … today” campaign, Stonewall is hoping to recreate the same
attention to the issue of homophobic bullying as the campaign has in the US and has
already added a number of videos to it’s own Youtube channels including the BBC newsreader
Jane Hill and MP Diane Abbott. They also encouraging others to make their own by making a
video response to those uploaded at: www.youtube.com/stonewalluk or contacting
    itgetsbettertoday@stonewall.org.uk.

Speaking about the campaign Ben Summerskill, Chief Executive of Stonewall said:
“At Stonewall we now work with hundreds of schools and employers who are making sure
things do get better for gay people, right away. Working together, we can make it happen.”

    Whilst Christina Aguilera added:

“I Know just how important it is to feel like you can be yourself – in your career and in your
everyday life. For anyone who feels like an outsider, I want to say: Don’t let the bullies win, Be
yourself and don’t let words get you down. It gets better today. With your help, Stonewall can
    make it happen”

"Men aren't as strong and capable as we are," Aguilera, 29, says in the mag's December issue. "We're machines."

In the chat, the singer was effusive about son Max, 2, but vague and hesitant about Jordan, whom she married nearly five years ago. Alluding to emotional upheaval, she said she was eager to get back in the music studio and "pour my heart out and be able to release anything I'm going through."

(In divorce papers filed Oct. 14, Aguilera cited "irreconcilable differences" and said she and Bratman had been separated since early September.)

The "You Lost Me" singer also hinted to Redbook that she was feeling restless. "My life is cyclical," she said. "I'm not a 9-to-5 woman who has the same kind of lifestyle for years on end. I couldn't do it. I need the spontaneity, that thrill of change. That's part of how I get inspired."

One big fan through thick and thin? Close pal and fellow mom Nicole Richie, who gushed to Redbook: "It's very clear through Christina's music what a strong woman she is...But to watch her as a mother only skyrockets the respect I have for her. She is the woman who's recording until 4 a.m. and up at 7 to be with her son. Her dedication to Max is incredible."

After news of her breakup made headlines, Aguilera opened up some more to the mag, and thanked her close friends. "There have been a lot of tears and sadness," she said of her new single life. "It's impossible to redefine yourself and your life overnight. Thankfully, I have my mom and a small group of close friends who are there for me 24/7 and whom I can trust and depend on. On days when it feels impossible to even get out of bed, much less function as a mother, their support and encouragement have kept me moving forward."

The December issue of Redbook hits stands November 16.

This isn't meant to sound harsh but the first thing I thought of when I saw those pictures was
"Baby Jane", and not in a good way

Does anyone agree the similarities are a little shocling?
And NO I'm not a hater! I own all of Xtina's albums and dvds and have seen her live twice but I've gotta call it how I see it.
She's a naturally beautiful woman but she ruins it time and time again with too much make up
Either fire your make up artist or hire a good one!
