'Love is like...' - love metaphors in songs

Marina & The Diamonds' 'Froot' is a great example of love metaphors in a song. She describes the state of ripe fruits, the way they are harvested, processed, its life cycle through seasons, heavy branches and the dangerous of fruits. In the end, you wonder, was it really about fruits or actually herself?

Any other suggestions for funny, weird or even scare love metaphors in songs?

Sweet's 'Love Is Like Oxygen' (from '78) was a metaphor that (sort of) worked (" You get too much, you get too high. Not enough and you're gonna die...")

Nobody noticed for years that the lyric was "borrowed" from an obscure Hall & Oates track called 'Grounds For Separation".

Have to say I don't really agree with any of them. To all the above, I quote Lonestar and "You don't know what love is" and then the Darkness, saying "Love Is Only A Feeling".
