I like Emma song and wait already traditional festive tune from Ivana Raymonda Van Der Veen.
She already recorded 7 original Christmas songs in the previous years.

My celebrity crushes : Monika Sedziuviene, Kristina Ivanova (YVA).
In my head I like to imagine LastDreamer in the land of Lithuania right now with a suitcase of simcards, a box of chocolates and a wedding ring. It would be a great base for an epic Eurovision fan fiction.

^ Although she is a Dutch singer, I had never heard of her until I read about her on UKMIX.
I don't think she released a new Christmas song this year though?

Hi RayRay

Thought I should contribute:

In the interest of equal time, there is also a Hanukkah album out that includes HAIM doing their version of If It Be Your Will.

Also Kacey Musgraves has a whole Christmas special on Amazon this Friday, where she is working with artists like Lana Del Rey and Troye Sivan. She performed a new song called Glittery last week on late night.

Other songs:
Sam Feldt - Winter Wonderland (Dutch DJ)
Lauren Daigle - The Christmas Song
Ingrid Michaelson and Jason Mraz - Christmas Valentine
Lion Babe - Auld Lang Syne (Vanessa Williams' daughter is part of the duo)
Sting and Shaggy - Silent Night (Christmas is Coming) (What a weird combo - I think this is an original.)

A couple country artists:
Keith Urban - I'll Be Your Santa Tonight
Thomas Rhett - Christmas in the Country

Also, Renee Zellweger did a version of Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas on the Judy soundtrack.

heppolo did not realize Jack Savoretti released a Christmas song - I love it! Also love the first song you posted - there's a song I heard years ago called Chinese food on Christmas about a Jewish guy who has nothing else to do, so I thought it would be like that.

I was also caught a little bit off guard with that Jack Savoretti song when I was browsing for some new Christmas songs, and I do value original songs over covers though.
Like the year 2015 had a bunch of my favourite original Christmas songs:

Dent May - I'll Be Stoned For Christmas
Loose Tapestries - Can't Wait for Christmas
Elliphant - North Star (Bloody Christmas)
Nuns - Chistmas Eve
Joe Innes - Santa Says Relax

So do I, although a mix between classics and new songs can be great too like Robbie Williams does on his new album.
But Lea Michele's Christmas in New York probably wouldn't be my favorite Christmas song of the year if it was "just" a cover.
It's always great to hear a new Christmas song that could turn into a classic.

R&B/Hip-Hop/Lounge/Jazz/Mash-up Christmas album is one of the most interesting 2019 affairs out there
A Freddie Christmas Album' blends Amerigo's wonderful instrumentals from his 2018 'A Christmas album' with Freddie Gibbs 'Pinata' vocals to create the soundtrack of the season! Merry Christmas!"
