We will have to DQ Colombia for being too successful!

I thought I'd see if I could find a situation in which someone submitted a song that was disqualified after voting, and I did - amusingly, a month in which Akini was also disqualified.
Looks like Kuba submitted a song that month that was discovered to be a cover after voting had started; he was unable to vote as a result. I'd actually really like AKini to vote, but I think it's too late in the month to decide if we can change precedent - the deadline to vote has passed, after all. That said, you can, and hopefully will, submit a song for December, JSparksFan !

I wasn't expected to once again crash so hard with a chill song (Margherita has more aggressive and popular tunes up her sleeve). Thanks to Leo for the 12 points.
I remember when my Harper Finn pick for another game was expelled at the very first round a while ago, but I knew that "Dance Away These Days" would do really well in the FSC (it made a mark in my personal chart a few days after it had been released).
This year is one complete failure for me in the FSC,maybe I need to pick the English-language ones, because something isn't workingWaffles are checked cookies

I told trebor I was annoyed with his voteThe spoiler will say why as well as notes on t he back end.
Spoiler!
So when I saw the score sitting at 155, I decided to check and see when we last saw a score this high. And, as far as I can tell, we have only seen a song top 150 points once and you have to go all the way back to 2008 and the 12th FSC to do it! It got 158 points (A song that represented the Netherlands - Kim Lian's Garden of Love). Naturally, I was hoping trebor would vote for New Zealand and help set a new record, but alas, it was not one of his favorites. But 2nd highest ever is pretty awesome. Many, many congrats to Nanda!
I started entering votes when we had about six of them in, and Nanda was already leading then. I think two of the first six votes had given Nanda 12 points, so it was always a bloodbath.
In any case, thanks to especially Top10 and Colbie for the 12s and Constantinos and maroon for the 10s - it's the first time I've made the top 5 back to back - (oddly the first time I've kept the same country too.)
Loved the whacked-out Indonesian video, xtofer - I'm glad the song did well. Wish Australia had done better! I thought that song was incredibly catchy.
