• Don't Mess Up This Good Thing (1982) - one of the harder-hitting songs from her debut album
• Don't Stand Another Chance (1984) - the lead single from her 'Dream Street' album, featuring background vocals from Michael Jackson
• Don't Worry (with Chingy) (2005) - Janet sings the chorus on this typical rap/R&B collab from the mid-2000s
• Dream Maker/ Euphoria (2015) = a mid-tempo from the 'Unbreakable'
• Dream Street (1984) - this is Janet's first ever music video, albeit it's mostly a collection of clips from 'Fame', which she was appearing in at the time. It's more disco than it is pop
• Empty (1997) - one of her most experimental tracks, using an array of sound effects to talk about online dating in 1997
