Disappointed for Italy, as I also had it within my votes. Solid song.

However, I'm pretty floored at all the votes for Guyana. Wasn't expecting an R&B-leaning song to do so well in such a strong month. Many thanks to everyone for the votes! It was actually a spur of the moment submission given that someone else with a Guyanese mother had a football game at her concert two weeks ago.

Italy got 10 from me. Overall, it got three first place votes and two second-place votes. I preserved the table before I updated the votes so I could compare. For the record, originally the next four after Italy were only separated by four points!

That was a nice selection of songs. I'm not a big fan of the Italian entry as it's too much pop and is already a hit so I wasn't expecting it to do so well in this contest where I normally look for new sounds. It was exciting to watch all the battle at the top, Ukraine was nowhere near my favourites but congratulations anyway and thank you for two 12-pointers for my entry!
