The top 10 songs from each round advance. However, Round 3 had 11 safe songs so 42 songs will move on rather than 40. Looking through the results for each round, Rounds 1, 3 and 4 have more than one song just missing out, but Round 2 has just a lone song which didn't advance and so it's easiest to put that one through. What a joyful result!
