[Survivor] Noisettes Survivor | WINNER

The Noisettes were a short-lived band consisting of lead singer Shingai Shoniwa, Dan Smith, and James Morrison. They released three albums over a five year period before disbanding. James Morrison was around for the first two albums before leaving. As far as I know,t he band is in permanent hiatus, and not sure they ever officially announced a break-up. Shingai has released two solo albums since then, though sadly they don't have the same punch and joy that the Noisettes songs did.

This should be a short survivor as I'm only listing twelve songs, roughly four from each album, but if any of you are big fans, you are free to recommend you own. I'll start either tomorrow or Sunday.

Pleased to see a few of you popping in for this! This first round will be about 48 hours to see who shows up, and then I'll play it by ear after that.

I went with songs that were either released as singles or had a video. The only exception I made was their very first single, IWE, because that would have given me thirteen songs. It never charted though, so I'd consider the next single their first single of impact.

ROUND 2: WILD YOUNG HEARTS

We move on to their most successful album, Wild Young Hearts, which peaked in the UK top 10, and is their only album to chart in most everywhere else. In the US, it managed to just dent the top half of the BB200.

Before we start, the losing song of that round was The Count of Monte Christo. Nearly everyone ranked it 3 or 4.

ROUND 3: CONTACT

We move on to the their final album. They went from a trio to a duo with this album, and it was their last. They went on "hiatus," but they've rarely reunited since and haven't recorded since this was released. This set includes three singles from Contact, and a one-off remake recorded in between their second and third album.

AS for our elimination, I can't remember a survivor where everyone unanimously put the same song last, but Saturday Night is out by a long shot. It probably didn't help it that it was the lone non-single of the group. While there was no single, there was a video made for the song. I couldn't find it anywhere though.
