  • I don’t really use Director’s Cut, I find it overall unnecessary. I only like Deeper Understanding, but I still prefer the original version.

    • I love the new versions of NBM and Lily, specially the live BTD ones.

      • I hate Director‘s Cut as it ruined all the songs.

Lily is the least ruined. However, she sought out all the drive and energy from her originals. Deeper Understanding is especially painful to listen to in the ‚modern‘ version.

For me Lily is amazing I love Kate's mature, lower voice. DU is ruined

          • Let's give this some closure now.

            OUR WINNER!

RUNNING UP THAT HILL (A DEAL WITH GOD)

Thank you for those who stuck with me through this busy period, sorry for how long this took and hope some of you took something from it and let's thank Kate for the music!

            • Predictable winner, but it really is her best song. It has been a great survivor and thank you CrazyCrazy for hosting! Whilst I've been a fan since I was a child, this countdown has been a great opportunity to explore aspects of her discography I was previously unfamiliar of such as Aerial which I now love.

My Top 10 according to LastFM:

              1. Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God)
              2. Hounds Of Love
              3. Cloudbusting
              4. The Big Sky
              5. Moving
              6. Wurthering Heights
              7. The Man With The Child In His Eyes
              8. And Dream Of Sheep
              9. Army Dreamers
              10. Sunset

I don't know where Hello Earth is as it's probably my third favourite overall. For me Hounds Of Love, Aerial and The Kick Inside are her best albums.
