This woman is a nut case. First Paul McCartney, now Arctic Monkeys. She really loves to mess up an album release doesn’t she. Obviously Arctic Monkeys will sell more physical copies, but the streamers will ruin it.

She will outsell Arctic Monkey pretty much everywhere minus the UK, their last album wasn’t very commercial so they aren’t coming off a big album like AM
Wait, is this going to be eligible for AOTY at the Grammys in 2023? That would mean we'll have her, Adele, and Bee all competing and hopefully performing that night. That would be something.
This promo should be intense.
Usually (not taking into consideration both surprise albums) her lead single for an album is released like more than 2 months before the album (and even 4 months beforehand in case of Me! and Lover).
Now, it is already less than two months before the album release, so when to expect the first single?
I'm wondering what's the strategy this time?
Logically, the single should be presented this Friday September the 2nd. Served to the radio the same day.
And maybe the official MV will be out a week later on September the 9th.
Or all of these should be done simultaneously this Friday (streaming services, radio, MV and Lyric Video). The Hot 100 is pretty weak right now. 'As it was' is still at #1 for umpteenth time, so it won't be difficult to reach this #1 with several version of the first single, signed copies and so on (we all know Taylor).
Or maybe her team will heat up the anticipation and the mystery til the October...

I think they might try to get Red TV the nomination, especially since she's said how sad she was the regular one got nominated and didn't win...but who knows. Either way competition with Adele & Bey will be tough
I need Taylor to bring a more upbeat album this time around, i wasn't a big fan of her past 3 releases. Reputation is the last album of hers i pretty much enjoyed.
I think the eligibility period for the Grammys ends on September 30th. She won't make it with the album being released in October, only with a single.
And we all know Adele is going to snatch every award she will be nominated for...
there were rumors of her covering British Vogue October issue (it's announced in September) so i guess that's true.
I think the lead single will be coming this friday since there isn't much time left for the album.
she seems to be back to her old traditional rollouts (the way she promoted Red TV last year was very much pre-reputation Taylor but it only lasted a week) I see this campaign lasting two months at least.
and I honestly expected this aince she was radio silent on the rerecordings since last November and it's been 2 years since her last studio album. it made perfect sense

She will only ruin the day of the haters, not the fans of both and we love her for that

No, the album will not be eligible for the Grammys in 2023, it will be for 2024. If she releases a single before September 30, then it would be eligible for 2023 Grammys.
