Seems like a rather short Christmas album then, but I'm actually looking forward to this. Releasing something for Christmas probably makes sense for how where Alicia stands in her career.

Very Diana Ross-esque cover art. And I don't feel any Xmas vibes except from obvious red color.
And I always feel an artist's desperation when after several flops they announce an Xmas album, especially this kinda rushed way.

so, not a big surprise, bit it didn't do anything on the charts.

Anyway, I bought the CD and the album itself is quite nice actually. Not that she brings anything new to the table, but if she had joy recording this - go girl!
It was weird to see "Not Even The King" on the tracklist but it kinda fits the album, I have to admit.
Love what she did with "Old Memories".

My favorites are "Ave Maria", "Happy Xmas (War Is Over)" and "Old Memories On Christmas" .

Recently also ordered the vinyl.
