It’s gonna be this era’s Angels Like You. Hopefully they push it better with a proper high budget video. I can see it being a hit.

A very good album. I think it's my favourite Miley album yet. Very solid.
Highlights: 'Flowers', 'Jaded', 'Violet Chemistry' and 'Islands'.

'Jaded' needs to be a single.

It only got 6.2 from Pitchfork - they hated Handstand which seems like a fan favourite. A total shock

After so many listens, here is what I think.

Great album. Still obsessed with the project. I just love her artistry.
But, I believe they rushed the album. If she didn’t host the NYE and if Flowers was not a huge smash that it is, they’d probably have worked on the album more. There are some fillers and the project is not as cohesive as it could be.

I also appreciate it much more than on my initial listen. Still prefer Plastic Hearts over this as it was more cohesive.

Wished there were 1 or 2 more songs in the same vein of River & Violet Chemistry.

Flowers and Jaded really are sister songs wow. They go so well together.

I have been listening more to Plastic Hearts than this one, the artistry on that album was amazing, she really put effort and soul on the songs... this one even tho it came for a place to move on but knowing her worth, it doesn't do it for me.

The album really seems rushed and definitely agree about it not being cohesive enough. It had potential of being much better.

I watched her Disney album garden sessions, she sounds so good. Perfect setting to complement the music too… it kinda made me warm to Jaded and Rose Colored Lenses a bit.
