I know, I tried to say that they were one of the biggest popgroups of the late nineties here

I miss really tacky pop groups or just pop groups in general. Like B*Witched were brilliant because they weren't perfect, now it's all about sleak production and autotune...and it didn't really work for Rachel Stevens did it?

And now there's just nothing about in the charts like the Vengaboys.

Maybe not in the UK, but the band Chipz are pretty popular in Europe and they are VERY similiar to the Vengaboys.

Their albums actually had some "serious" songs in them and they were great... Everyone thought they were a disgrace, but we were better at the time because they were better then todays rnb whores.

Oh yes. I have the Chipz albums - which I certainly prefer to the Vengaboys album I own. Sadly as much as I like them, it's not the same when they don't release here. They were supposed to last summer but nothing ever came of it & I doubt it ever will.

I heard from a very reliable source that the guy behind the vengaboys and alice deejay (wessel van diepen) is starting a new music project soon.

I used to actually like some of their tracks Now I don't think that I could ever get myself to listen to anything, by the Vengaboys, again.

Just bought their Greatest Hits off Amazon after hearing "Vengabus" in a pub the other night!

Very nostalgic. Kids loved them yet their videos and lyrics were awfully obscene LOL

p.s. Were those 2 guys gay? I remember there also being a rumour that the 2 women were transexuals.

Ive heard the same about those guys, but I doubt the girls were transexuals (at least one)

I don't think the girls were transexuals, Denise was way too hot to be a man

And Vengaboys were awesome! I have both of their albums, but I definitely prefer The Platinum Album more.

I love their ballad "Forever As One" - it's incredibly sad :( "We Like To Party" and "Shalala Lala" were fantastic too.
                          I've now met Dean Ambrose FOUR TIMES - 28/03/15, 02/04/16, 20/08/16 & 01/04/17!!

I’m seeing them in concert in December

                                  Rocket To Uranus was underrated.
