Amazon sent me the Japan version as well for some when I ordered the album lol.

ĒPut Your Hands Onď is one of the best songs on the album and it shouldíve been on the regular version.

Always loved the white themed visuals on the album. The font is stunning and so is the whole album cover.

Yes! Her best 2000s effort for me and behind The Velvet Rope and Rhythm Nation 1814 overall.

Listening to this timeless masterpiece now. Amazing production. Janet's vocals on several of the tracks boasts some of her strongest, most noteworthy performances. Undeniably deserved a better chance to shine. Bitter.

She was still creative here. I also don't get the hate.

Of all her 2000s albums, this one still has the freshest sound. I will never forget how Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis had to publicly disown this album out of embarrassment. Those two kinda abandoned nipplegate Janet in a way.

I always thought the title was lazy but now I like it. Damita Jo is a very unique and nice middle name.

This was the first Janet album (or perhaps any album) I bought on release day

"Breezy" is a perfect description for most of this album!

"All Nite" should have been the lead single and not "Just a Little While".

We canít even say she was going for a stadium track for the Super Bowl (like Maddy did with GAYL) because she never even performed it there

^ Never thought of that. An 'All Nite' performance would've been so epic.

I never understand why they picked 'Just A Little While' as the first single. I really like the track, but it literally doesn't sound like anything else on the album. 'All Nite' would've been better. Or 'My Baby'.

Imagine if that Justin performance was replaced with 'All Nite' instead

R&B was huge in 2004, and Janet could have been up there with Usher and Alicia Keys. It was such a traumatic year for the fans

I think I played this album for a month straight before finally changing CD

Also, no mp3 on phones back then. Just 10 second audio notes, so I remember recording 10 seconds each of My Baby, Island Life and Warmth

I like Damita Ho more than All for You too. All for You is a fantastic album in its own right, though.
