Well, it's definitely my favourite pop album by a pop girl band of the 90's with amazingly unique lyrics?

Dirty old Whitney's on the floor
    She 'aint the only one
    And dirty old Mariah say's
    Her heart's on fire
    What a phoney one.

It's a dirty old love song
A dirty old back seat affair that went wrong

        How could anyone forget!?

I remember Mark Goodier on the chart introducing them as the girls that just wouldn't "wash and go"- because THAT song was on the chart for so long.

          No, really didn't know "Trouble".
Girls have unique style, may be worth listening due to lyrics

            NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I shelled out a tenner for the original album a while back, when if I'd waited a little longer I could have had an album with all the excellent b-sides! How annoying.

No "Girl Power"? No "I Know What Boys Like"? I'm disappointed... :(

The songs on the first album are better. I just listened to them both and the 1st is awesome.

But yeah, they should have just done a Best oOff with b-sides and comes with a DVD of their videos.

Though it's a fantastic album, I cant see much point in re-releasing it.

not only do i already own this CD (minus the bonus tracks, of course!) but i have the girl power single!
there wasn't much pop to get excited about in the early 90's and this act produced some real winners.

I also own the 'Girl Power' album and it's not a patch on 'We Are Shampoo'! Bar 'News Flash' the second album is awash with filler.

They should have released 'Game Boy' as a single from the debut.

Great! I never got it first time. Got the singles Viva La Megababes, Girl Power and I Know What Boys Like but i was a skint doley then and was never convinced to get the albums. I was and am a singles freak- an expensive hobby!

Skelo, how about a complete discography?
There was a couple of early indie singles, wasn't there? They should be on the reissue.

Oooh, I used to own this album - when I was 13 or something. But... I sold it, in a flea market.

                              There was 2 EP's.

Bouffant Headbutt was their first proper single:

They were on Indie label, so I'm assuming that it's do with rights but then they released a mini album with those songs it. :-? And Cherry Red who are releasing this aren't the original label anyway.

But yeah, it's such a great album that's still quite relevant, especially lyrically as they just write about teen stuff that isn't love songs.
