Y'all know the generation gap is real when you mention Tik Tok and kids these days will think it's that app and not this iconic bop.

I have an 11-year-old sister and every time this happens, I get a reality check that I am getting old.

Lizzo is overrated. She's just really taking advantage of the whole plus size thing taking notes from Meghan Trainor's debut.

Anyway, I can't believe that it's been ten years since this went to #1. She performed this at the AMAs last year and people still knew every word!

She was like the Lizzo of her day. People called Ketchup a rapper back then too and I died.

BD sounds like crap now. Tik Tok remains trashtastic.
Both are beyond basic. In terms of music this is a whole other genre, called "non-starter".

"Bad Romance" wasn't really that good, it's the only Gaga song I never liked.

the fact that it's so silly, trashy and almost like a parody of regular party/club songs is what makes it so great imo

I didn't take the song seriously back then and I still don't. It's like a poorly thought out parody song! Cannot believe it was so successful and one of the best selling digital singles of all time.

This was such a bop back in the day! It's aged decently, I'd say.

Classic party anthem, I'll never forget how much fun this song was on dancefloors at the time.

I still at the thought of this being called 'Dolla'

Despite being ridiculously auto-tuned but I liked it a lot!
