I actually don't see anything wrong with her living in a bubble, if that bubble means having no info on current gossip, who's dating whome, who's pregnant and who's having the next meltdown.
Seems to me she's really happy in that bubble, with her kids, staying home, cooking, doing all these regular things she never really experienced.
As we see in that interview, she's still up to date with music, she mentions Robyn and Adele.
I don't agree with the statement about her being not excited. She clearly sounds enthusiastic when discussing her life and music in this and recent previous interviews.
Britney's happier and much more enthusiastic judging by that interview, obviously. She's much more reserved now, unlike before when she's very open and carefree.

Did Britney not know Nick & Mariah are having babies??
She probably didn't even know that Nick was married to Mariah!
It's so funny how Nick Cannon really attempts to bring in his babies with Mariah to the conversation with Britney! Even the Nicki girl co-host added "Nick's going to have twins soon, Britney" to reinforce the news! My goodness! He was even asking for advice! For a moment, there was almost a dead air of silence mixed with crickets and embarrassment.
He was probably expecting a "How are you and Mariah doing at this stage of her pregnancy?" but of course, typical Britney went by the safe route with a cliché "That's so cute. It's a wonderful moment to have kids" reply.
It was quite embarrassing. Im surprised Britney wouldn't know since she likes Mariah. But Brit doesn't seem the type who would keep track of celebrities or gossip.
Honestly, I really want to see Britney in a proper sit down interview like all other singers do. I understand why she wouldn't want to but they could tell the interviewers they can't discuss the breakdown etc. Everything seems a little disconnected with Britney lately. There isn't enough fan connection and everything seems a little fake with very standard answers atm.
I want her to do sit down chat shows.
Pissed.I bought the Standard Edition by mistake today.
I thought i'd picked up the Deluxe(it was the only copy remaining on the shelves)...when i put the CD in the CD player like an hour later...i was like,"Where are the bonus tracks!?!"..then i looked at the casing and reality hit me....
Photoshoot fresh... I'm about to call the paparazzi on myself.

Give someone standard version and buy deluxe for you. ;)
In the Spring of 1999 I bought Britney's debut album '... Baby One More Time'. I instantly loved Brit Brit's freshly squeezed pop juice and I've been following her career ever since. I do own all her studio albums, although I don't consider myself a Britney fan. I like her music, I enjoy her albums, but I don't see her as a true artist. She's a great entertainer, but to me, she doesn't have the X-Factor that makes me really love her. That's okay though, you can't love everyone LOL.
On 'Femme Fatale': I gave this record a couple of spins and overall I think 'Femme Fatale' is a good album with some real highs, deep lows and a couple of average tracks.
The album's first single 'Hold It Against Me' is a perfect reflection of the album for me. The song is not bad, but it's definitely not that spectacular as people make it out to be. It's a fun and catchy song, nothing more, nothing less. The album's second single, 'Till The World Ends' however, is a delicious piece of pure pop delight. For me it's the best single Britney has released ever since 'I'm A Slave 4 U' in 2001! It's sexy and summery and the perfect anthem for a good night out. I can totally see myself dancing to this tune at a beach party at 6 in the morning, watching the sun come up. The 'oh oh oh oh' part, makes the song a catchy chant anthem. Pop music at it's best!
'Inside Out' is cut #3 on the album. This song sounds kind of dated to me, like it could've been on one of Brit's previous albums. A very forgettable tune that seems more like a filler to me. The next track however is a real smash in the makings. 'I Wanna Go' is another highlight of the album. A tune for in the clubs. The song is very energetic and makes me want to go out and party ASAP. Definitely a contender for a future single if you ask me.
Next up is 'How I Roll'. Sorry for the fans, but what the heck was she thinking, putting this on the album? The song sounds like an unfinished demo and definitely is the lowest point on the record. The song doesn't really go anywhere and the random male voice is quite annoying. I also really don't like the lyrics. Boo! Another disappointment is 'Seal It With A Kiss'. It's just too bland. Very forgettable.
The collaboration with unknown singer/rapper Sabi is a surprise. '(Drop Dead) Beautiful' has a very infectious chorus. I also really like Sabi's part. The song does sound like a 'Blackout' left over, which is a good thing IMO. It's still her best album to date.
Although they've created some real magic together, I do think this album contains too many Dr. Luke/Max Martin productions. Maybe that's why the Will.i.Am produced 'Big Fat Bass' not only stands out, but also is the absolute best track on this record. What a smash! Like the title suggests, this song has a massive bassline that blows up your speakers. This definitely needs to be released as the third single. An absolute highlight in Britney's career so far. Will.i.Am created magic.
'Trouble For Me' is another nice track, but after the Big Fat Masterpiece, this kind of falls flat. I must say it has a very affective beat though. Next up is 'Trip To Your Heart' Another song that really stands out. A dreamy, magical pop song that's somewhat hypnotizing. Awesome!
The perfect example of a song that's not bad, but could use some more energy is 'Gasoline'. I understand what they wanted to do with this track, but it lacks that extra fire, in my opinion. Therefor the track falls kind of flat for me.
The last song on the standard edition of the album is the wonderful 'Criminal', by far the slowest song on the album. The song's not a cringeworthy Britney ballad, but a nice midtempo instead. I like it. Would probably make a good European single. It's definitely different than her other singles, and a perfect mix of 1999 Britney and 2011 Britney. Very cute!
I decided to stop reviewing after these 12 tracks, as I did listen to the bonus tracks, but felt very, very disappointed. It would definitely bring the album's rating down, so it's better to stop here hehe.
Like I said before, I do enjoy this album, but it's not as consistent as I hoped for. Some tracks really stand out, others fall flat. Overall I'd rate the album 6.8/10. Not too bad, but there was much more potential.
It's funny as Britney never ever picks the songs I want to see released as a single. Every album she selects the tracks I dislike the most and all muy favorite cuts remain album tracks. I do hope she will change this pattern with the future picks of 'Femme Fatale' singles though. I would love to see 'Big Fat Bass' released as worldwide single #3 this Summer, followed up by 'I Wanna Go' (US) and 'Criminal' in Europe/UK. Then switch up the releases and close this era with the release of 'Trip To Your Heart'. Please Britney, please!
I love Britney and have always loved and supported her since she first started out. I have all her albums, and have been to her concerts. But she is just a puppet and it really angers me, and i'm really starting to lose respect of her as an artist.
I love her new album, I think it's up there with her best stuff! I actually think it's her best album to date!
But she just seems so vacant, and I can understand why, because of all the crap she has been through, but she would gain a lot more respect if she actually opened up about her breakdown. I know she did that britney for the record thing, but still I couldn't connect with her.
She never sings live, and I think all artists should. Dancing or not. She doesn't even dance like she used to so there is no excuse to really. She just flips her hair, does a few moves and mimes to a cd playing. Any hot girl could do that.
Yeah, maybe her confidence isn't at it's best, but still.....give us what we want. Raw live vocals, connect with your FANS and put on a show like Lady Gaga does. If her confidence was that bad, maybe she should just stay out of the limelight and concentrate on her family.
I love your review and I think the same way, not a 100 percent but almost.
To me Seal it with a kiss is really flat but Inside out is a highlight to me and they really should release
