Well, she´s not a developing artist, but a stablished icon...

Given that, the album is supposed to thumble next week. 113k of its sales were digital, because of the "complete my album" thing on i-tunes.

Considering Hits Daily Double already mentioned Adele is going to be #1 this week (and Britney is not even mentioned in the prediction...), and Adele´s album is stable between 85-95k every week, it´s pretty certain that Britney will sell less then 100k this week. My prediction is 80k.

Alicia Keys is around since 2001, just 2 years later then Britney, and since then she has not had an album that you can call a "flop". Her latest is her weakest selling, and still it did almost 2 million in USA, and more then a million in the UK, Britney´s Circus and Blackout could only wish! So why do you talk about her as a "has-been", or has if she had gone away???? She could still release a new album any day and it would sell loads more then Femme Fatale.

Amy Winehouse sold 13 million copies of her last album... She has not released a follow up yet, but you rule her out as a has-been!!!

Plus, it´s not just about the sales. I don´t think Norah Jones or Alicia Keys would trade their lives for Britney´s. It´s not like they have "failed" to reach stardom. They have SUCEEDED in keeping their lives private, while selling millions of records. Britney´s life was ruined by the paparazzi and the media and you can almost tell by looking at her face she is far from being a happy human being, let alone a satisfied artist! When she performs in stage, I get the feeling she is doing a painful obrigation. There isn´t any excitement on her part. She doesn´t write her music, she doesn´t sing live, just lipsyces.

Chris Brown opened with bigger numbers and has fallen to just 91k on the second week. 113k of Britney´s sales this week have been digital, mostly by people who downloaded her singles and are now completing their album. This caused HIAM sales to be "negative" on this week´s chart.

I wouldn't call those performances in the release week ''good promo''. Good promo would've been Ellen, American Idol, + some other tv show in the weeks prior the album's release.

If they're happy and satisfied with their favorite artists' music or success, then they don't need to troll on threads repeating the same stuff over and over again.
