'Femme Fatale' was named "Pink is the New Blog's Album of the Year"

Without question — not even close — Britney Spears is my favorite album of 2011. I love Every.Single.Song. on the album. I think Every.Single.Song. on the album is worthy of single release and, if I had my way, it would be the first album completely made up of #1 songs. Femme Fatale is THE pop album of the year … it’s possibly THE pop album of the past 10 years. As much as I love Britney, all of her albums have filler songs that I cannot stand. There is no filler on Femme Fatale. None. This album came out in early 2011 and it was absolutely my soundtrack for 2011. Hands down, my fave album … period.

So I went to a pizza parlor today and Till the World Ends and Hold it Against Me played while I was eating! I felt very happy!

This is a really good pop record! I enjoy playing it when getting tired of all the alternative/indie/rock music. No doubt it's her best album! Really cohesive and varied.

Apart from the singles Up N' Down, Gasoline, He About To Lose Me and Seal It With A Kiss are the only songs which I like the MOST from album tracks.. This slowly becoming her weakest album to date for me now. It's just to much not her. I wish that they went with original plan, not this!

I don't think that it's her best album either, but some tracks are really amazing, especially:

- How I Roll
- (Drop Dead) Beautiful
- Trip To Your Heart
- He About To Lose Me

I'm still not a fan of "I Wanna Go". It's my least favourite track on the album.

'I Wanna Go' was never one of my favourites, until the tour.

'Til The World Ends', 'Hold It Against Me', 'Inside Out' and 'He About To Lose Me' are all still amazing.

But yeah, the album needed a bit of Danja. Those two together make magic.

Trip To Your Heart is the underrated gem from this, I would go as far as to say it's one of her best songs ever. I thought the album was a lot stronger overall than Circus but suffered from being quite one dimensional.

"He About To Lose Me" is so mature compared to all the dance tracks!

However, the album ain't that bad. I just worked out to the whole album including bonus tracks and I totally enjoyed it. It's almost as good as "Blackout" to work out to ;) - Hopefully, we will get some shallow dance tracks on her upcoming album as well
