Madonna - The Celebration Tour

The tour would be a great way to promote and sell a new album and I also think she’s onto something else.

That’s not how it works though. Madonna is a trained dancer, she doesn’t need extra time to learn or rehearse a routine. Her hip replacement didn’t impact her memory. Whilst it’s probably true her fitness levels weren’t what they once were, that’s why she needed a trainer, not an extra two months rehearsal time. Plenty of acts put a tour together with just a month of rehearsals. Three months was already a long time, and now she’s increased it by around 66%.

Something else is cooking and I smell an album.

I agree, but can I say.... I am not sure i want a new album now??? it will have to be another August release? and it will also exclude the anniversary for "the first album" - 40th anniversary? what if.....we have a new Album in Jan 2024.... and the second leg of the tour after that?

I think May/June 2023, similar to the rollout of Madame X. Madonna isn’t going to rehearse a promo tour now that she isn’t going to do until January 2024, so it still wouldn’t explain the need for five months of rehearsals now.

Also, Eurovision is in the UK this year, hosted by Ukraine and UK - both countries love Madonna… and the UK isn’t as far away as Israel.

Yea I’m not seeing Eurovision this year. But maybe next year is she announces a second leg. She would’ve played dozens of shows by then and would be able to give something good.

I still think that to do a few shows in Jan after a long break is a little odd... and Dec to March is summer in the southern hemisphere, perfect for those rumored stadium shows in South America.... i am usually a month in Brazil/Argentina from mid March to mid April ... so she better hurry up announcing.

They are all the problem lol. Unless of course Rocco wants to come on stage in his underwear and flash the audience then its ok.

The fact she is rehearsing with Tokisha makes me worried and a little annoyed because we desrerve the album version of HU after years of butchering it or not peforming it on tour in 10 years!!

I agree. But I also think touring is A long project and task. She wants to spend time with them even on stage. A little unprofessional of her. they are not dancers nor performers. But keep bringing them out on stage.

Is that you? Singing into her microphone is a great experience. I got to actually tell her Ti Amo into her microphone during Confessions in Chicago. Amazing night I will never forget.

HU is one of her most popular songs, if not the most popular, ( La Isla Bonita being her closest contender) and fans want to here it live as it is, no one needs that remix performance.
